Velox 3D is expanding its production capacity with the addition of 22 new Prusa 3D printers: 15 Prusa CORE One+ and 7 Prusa CORE One L+ machines. Following this investment, our 3D printing capacity has more than doubled. This expansion will help us fulfil existing orders more efficiently, take on larger projects, and better respond to our customers’ growing needs.
More opportunities for series production
As 3D printing is increasingly used not only for prototyping but also for manufacturing functional parts and end-use products, the demand for reliable series production solutions continues to grow.
At Velox 3D, we use Prusa 3D printers for series production. This choice is based on our hands-on experience with the equipment and the results we have achieved across customer projects. The new Prusa CORE One+ and CORE One L+ printers will give us greater flexibility in production planning and enable us to manufacture batches of different-sized parts more efficiently, using engineering-grade and other technical plastics.
Greater control over the production process
In industrial manufacturing, protecting customer confidentiality is just as important as the quality of the finished parts. 3D models and production files can contain sensitive technical information, making control over how these files are transferred essential.
Prusa printers allow production files to be transferred directly via USB, without using cloud services. This eliminates the need to upload files to external servers and gives us greater control over the file transfer process.
Investing in growth
The addition of these printers marks another step in Velox 3D’s growth. Our increased production capacity will allow us to handle more orders and offer customers even more flexible 3D printing solutions, from small batches of custom parts to larger-scale series production.
